Things to Do in Bristol
If you haven't spent much time in Bristol - it's the best! If you are here for the weekend and are looking for things to do, here are some of our favourites...
Food & Drink
Bristol has so many amazing restaurants - some our faves include:
Cargo at Wapping Wharf – A collection of independent street food vendors and restaurants in converted shipping containers. We particularly love Root, which has amazing (mostly veggie) food.
Some of the best pasta in the city is at Little Hollows - ridiculously tasty, and make sure you also get a tiramisu!
Renatos on King Street does amazing pizza from "Pizza is Lovely" - huge NY style pizza by the slice in the bar and deep dish Chicago style in the restaurant.
Under the stars - delicious food and cocktails on a twinkly boat!
Nice walks
The harbourside is lovely to walk around (and maybe catch a ferry)
Head up to Clifton to the suspension bridge. Just over the bridge is Leigh Woods and Ashton Court - some great walks that Rufus loves!
Places to visit
M Shed / SS Great Britain / We The Curious - good local museums and days out
The Arnolfini - contemporary art gallery and really nice cafe
Windmill Hill City Farm - Ivy loves the goats
